We work with women, with different starting points, levels of fitness,  experience, and motivation. 

We create a personalised programme for you, but our core focus will be on strength training, cardiovascular fitness and mobility; as these are the foundations of optimal health. 

Whether you feel self-conscious in the gym, don’t enjoy group exercise, or want some help reaching a specific goal, our sessions are created with your needs in mind.

We can support you with movement only or offer lifestyle coaching to help you make sensible and sustainable changes that support you in living a happier, healthier life.

Genuinely fun, enjoyable effective sessions that encourage you to make exercise a sustainable part of your life. 

Sessions can be held in our private space in Bells Yew Green, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells (on the road to Frant), or we can come to you with our mobile service.
