I am a health and wellbeing specialist with ten years of experience educating and inspiring midlife women to make positive lifestyle changes…and, crucially, enjoy the process! I facilitate workshops and coach on a variety of topics relevant to midlife women.
I had a successful career in communications prior to working in the wellbeing sector so know what it is like working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with many demands on your time.
My approach is to be kind, inclusive, and supportive so I can support women to upgrade their habits with proven behaviour change techniques.
