We don’t take ourselves too seriously and love exercising with others. Having fun and cracking a smile are essential parts of our sessions.

We meet you where you are. It is never too late to start and we welcome you no matter what your fitness level. We are judgement-free and will help you progress in a way that is right for you, your body and the way you live your life.

We work with midlife women, encouraging them to embrace strength training and make lifestyle changes that support how they want to live and be prepared for all the challenges this life-stage brings.
Our coaching supports you with peri-menopause/menopause challenges and many chronic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, asthma, anxiety and depression.
