Sarah has a passion for creating an inclusive, welcoming space that makes everyone feel good. She has great technical knowledge, a positive and supportive attitude, and, importantly, is lots of fun to be around.

“For most of my life, I felt that the gym was only for women who looked a certain way and that the only way to work out was to make it so hard that it was torture. I know now that this isn't true and that we can ALL enjoy exercise and the many positive benefits it brings.”

If you’ve had negative experiences in the past and feel nervous about moving your body then Sarah would love to work with you. Her coaching is kind and encouraging and she has a fantastic track record of working with women to build a positive, sustainable and enjoyable relationship with exercise.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Pre and Post Natal Exercise

  • Working with long-term health conditions (diabetes, depression, anxiety, osteoporosis, hypertension, arthritis, back pain, COPD, hypercholesterolemia)

  • Senior Fitness Specialist
