Carole qualified as a personal trainer in 2010 and has been making movement enjoyable and accessible ever since.

We focus on mood-boosting, energy-boosting movement that improves your strength and fitness. We aim to create a fun, non-judgemental, non-competitive environment that welcomes everyone, no matter what their fitness levels or experience.

If you’re not naturally someone who loves to move or are a complete beginner to exercise, then we are the coaches for you.
