Group Exercise - BOXING CLASSES
Group exercise is sociable, encourages accountability and motivation and increases the fun. The buzz in a class means we work hard, have fun and enjoy movement.
Enjoy Boxing is an energetic and fun weekly class that involves boxing and pad work. It is a fantastic total body workout. You will partner up with another class member and take it in turns to box or hold the pads to receive the punches. It’s a brilliant class for learning effective and safe boxing techniques.
We operate bookings on a termly basis.
Friday 9.15 - 10 am - this is a faster-paced class that is great if you have some boxing experience.
Friday 10.15 - 11 am - this is a slower-paced class suitable if you have a small amount of boxing or are a complete beginner.

(2 minutes drive from the south side of Tunbridge Wells).
