Our group personal training sessions offer a fun and social way to stay active. Our focus is strength training and our classes are welcoming and inclusive, making them perfect for beginners and those returning to exercise.

Personal Training
We are female personal trainers based in and around Tunbridge Wells, dedicated to helping women discover a sustainable and enjoyable way to move their bodies for life. If you haven’t found exercise you enjoy or feel uncomfortable in a gym, we’re the coaches for you.
We’ve worked with hundreds of women, particularly those in peri and post-menopause, helping them feel more energised, less stressed, sleep better, and gain confidence in both body and mind.
Our coaching is tailored to women in midlife who seek a non-judgemental, non-competitive, kind and encouraging approach to exercise.
Boxing
We love boxing! It's not only a fantastic way to get fit but also a great way to challenge your mind as you learn and develop a new skill.
Our classes at Eridge Village Hall just outside of Tunbridge Wells offer an energising and enjoyable workout that benefits your body and your mental fitness.
Boxing, especially in midlife, means you develop your mental focus and your physical strength and power.
